2009 Preakness Odds: Entry Big Drama an Underdog at 20/1 Odds to Win
Could Big Drama be a potential sleeper to win the 2009 Preakness Stakes? It’s a possibility given his recent success, although oddsmakers still list him as a 20/1 long shot to win the 134th running of the Preakness Stakes.
Big Drama lost his debut in July of last year, but went on to win the Florida Stallion In Reality S. on October 18 of 2008, as well as the Boyd Gaming’s Delta Jackpot S. on December 5 of 2008.
After finishing last year on a high note, Big Drama was supposed to be a contender for the Triple Crown in 2009, but he suffered a bone bruise after kicking himself in the stall and his season started on a bad note.
