Wednesday's Best Bet: A Bunch for Lunch hungry for a win at Fonner

Wednesday’s 8th race from Fonner Park is an allowance optional claiming event for fillies and mares which have never won four races or claiming price of $10,000. They will be dashing six furlongs on the main track (Post Time - 8:09 p.m. ET).
#5 A BUNCH FOR LUNCH (8-1) is a sharp mare with tactical speed, and she should get the jump on the late runners. Quality local rider Francisco Arrieta got acquainted with her in a neck defeat May 5.
#1 Cheverie (2-1) ran well in both local starts and her early-pressing versatility should play well from the rail post.
#2 Indy N Roses (9-2) showed nice late interest in her last two local starts at this distance. She should get involved if the pace heats up.
#4 Let’s Go Places (7-2) is another with a nice late kick. She defeated a few of these by a nose April 21.
#6 May Flowers (6-1) does her best running in the late stages as well. She cracked the top three in all five starts at Fonner Park.
