You can either gamble in sports or you can invest. I suggest that you invest by sticking with blue chip plays and systems.

My definition of a blue chip sports investment includes two different approaches to investing in sports:

1. Situational blue chip plays. We saw one emerge on both Friday and Sunday when the L.A. Lakers played the San Antonio Spurs. When you crunched the numbers you knew that there was no way that the Spurs were going to lose against a shell of a former team that was no longer NBA quality with all the injuries that they had. Those who could spot this blue chip situational play reaped the rewards. Another situational blue chip play was seen when the Minnesota Women's basketball team played a home game against the visiting women's team from Tulsa during the 2011 to 2012 season. There was no way that the Minnesota women's basketball team was going to lose that game whenever that situational play occurred. I made some good money betting on the money line whenever that blue chip situational play occurred.

2. Using a blue chip sports investment system (where you win by closing out every progression of bets with two wins in a row - system has proven itself over time) combined with low juice plays with an edge to win. This is another way to invest in sports. I will not elaborate but this works its compounded magic for those who are disciplined to work it.

3. Going on the Premium Free Sports Picks thread on this forum and finding a consensus of picks for a certain game. For example, on 10/16/2013 almost all the cappers on the Tigers game had picked the Tigers to win so there was a strong consensus that the Tigers would win the game. They won it indeed. This is another way to pick BLUE CHIP SPORTS INVESTMENT PLAYS.

Play For Saturday 10/5/2013

I found this play and I had to share it with
you guys because it is so compelling. If you
read this post you will agree I am sure.

This is one of those investment plays by
reason of the trends and the stats that is
compelling enough to make this a strong
situational investment play.

Awesome Angle Of The Week

Ole Miss Rebels

MARC LAWRENCE (continued below)

5* BEST BET

Ole Miss over Auburn by 16

Here's a situation you don't often see:
a road favorite that not only lost the
previous week but was SHUT OUT in the
process. Thus, Alabama's 25-0 Suffocation
of the Rebels in Tuscaloosa last Saturday
sets up today's play as our AWESOME ANGLE
comes to Mississippi's rescue. Interestingly,
Ole Miss has been in this role twice before
and responded by going 2-0 SUATS by a combined
score of 49-6! And despite the loss to tide, Rebs
head coach Hugh Freeze still owns some impressive
ATS numbers. Freeze is 20-6 ATS overall in his head
coaching career, including 11-0 SU and 9-1 ATS in
games versus an opponent off a loss. No doubt Auburn
is on the rise again under new coach Gus Malzahn but
the tigers are a miserable 0-4 SU and 1-3 ATS in their
last four appearances as home underdogs. Auburn's shaky
defense has surrendered more than 400 yards in every
game this year and will face the wrath of Ole Miss QB
Bo Wallace, who was thoroughly frustrated with the Tide
(but has yet to toss an interception this season). Look
for Mississippi's ground game - which has been averaging
250 YPG before being held to just 46 yards by Alabama -
to take the heat off of Wallace and open numerous passing
lanes. With only one loss on the season to the nation's No.
1 team, Old Miss is still very much a player in the SEC race,
and they prove it here tonight.

The clincher: Ole MIss head coach Hugh Freeze is 19-3 SU and
17-2 ATS in his career versus .750 or less opposition.

The above pick demonstrated that using just SINGLE SPORTS INVESTMENT BLUE CHIP PLAYS can still be risky. How do you invest in sports? The answer is found in using low juice sports picks with an edge to win and use them with a proven sports investment system that only requires two wins in a row to close out each progression. This kind of sports investing is more valuable than trying to identify "sure to win" individual picks and betting large amounts of money on each one. Do not do that !!!

Always use sound money management and start out with small amounts when using a sports investment system because using too much money on single plays can ruin your investment strategy and feed you with temptations to chase your losses. Do not put yourself into that situation.

Remember, your greatest enemy can be yourself when it comes to betting on sports.

Why lose money on short term plays, when you can build your account over time using smart money management, a proven sports investment system, and finding low juice plays with an edge to win !!!
