ANALYSIS: This is a little higher than I'd like on the Capitals for Wednesday as they aren't playing great right now, but they SHOULD beat the visiting Sharks, who have lost top defenseman Erik Karlsson for the next few months. San Jose has lost four of five overall and totaled just four goals in those losses. The Sharks have lost seven straight as dogs.

The Redhawks are the better team and they should be able to cover this small spread on their home floor.

Pavel Francouz has been magnificent for the Avs in net as he is 6-1-0 with a 2.03 GAA and .932 save percentage. He is also coming off back to back shutouts. Linus Ulmark should get the start for the Bruins after Tuuka Rask has struggled. Ulmark has been good but the Bruins could also be without a couple key players in Matt Grzelcyk and Nick Foligno. Take the Avs at home.
