My fuckin lungs the last few days feel likes like they a 1000 pounds must be be the guys at the club with those damn cigars LOY MD MAX BUY

Boys am having 1 of the guys here run me to er not feeling good boys started last night, been laying in one of the lounge back chairs, a couple of the guys said I just don't look right, checked BP 3 TIMES still way high and when I breathe deep hurts I gotta leave sorry something not right
