NCAA-B | Dayton vs St. Louis
Play on: OVER 138½ -109
10* FREE NCAAB PICK (Over 138.5)
I'll take my chances here with the OVER 138.5 in Friday's A-10 showdown that has St Louis hosting Dayton. I know these are two of the better defensive teams in the A-10, but I just think there's too much fire-power on the offensive end and too much tempo to not take a shot on the OVER here.
In terms of tempo, these are two of the fastest teams in the conference. Dayton ranks 2nd behind only UMass in tempo in A-10 games and the Billikens are right on their heels at No. 3. Both teams like to shoot fast. St Louis ranks No. 1 in possession length using just 16.0 seconds of the clock and Dayton is No. 2 at 16.3.
St Louis has scored 83 against UMass and 74 against Richmond, who both rank in the Top 5 in tempo in the A-10. They have scored a mere 59 against Duquesne and 63 against George Washington, who are 12th and 11th in tempo.
As for the Flyers, no one has been able to slow them down and that's no surprise as they are No. 2 in the nation in offensive efficiency and No. 1 in effective field goal percentage. Dayton has scored at least 79 in each of their 4 conference games. While they have not given up more than 67 in a game, their 4 opponents all rank in the bottom 6 in the league in offensive efficiency.
OVER is 23-12 in the Flyers last 35 games with a total of 130 to 139.5, 10-2 in their last 12 road games after scoring 75 or more in 4 straight games and 8-1 in their last 9 after 4 or more consecutive wins. Give me the OVER 138.5!

Play on: Raptors -10½ -109 at GTBets
Jack’s Free Pick Friday: Toronto Raptors -10.5
The Toronto Raptors are nearly back to full strength and will be a dangerous team moving forward because of it. They certainly showed that last time out by winning 130-121 as underdogs at Oklahoma City. And now they will be playing just their 2nd game in 5 days.
Pascal Siakam, Norman Powell and Marc Gasol all recently returned to the lineup. Now Fred VanVleet is the only player that even appears on the injury report as he is questionable and could return tonight as well. Things are definitely looking up for the Raptors in the immediate future.
Now they face a Washington Wizards team that is just 8-19 SU & 10-17 ATS in their last 27 games overall. They are coming off an 11-point home loss to the Jazz and a 9-point road loss to the Bulls. I don’t expect them to even be competitive tonight in Toronto.
The Raptors have won 20 of their last 24 meetings with the Wizards. Washington is 14-27 ATS in its last 41 road games after allowing 115 pints or more. The Wizards are 11-26-1 ATS in their last 38 road games vs. a team with a home winning percentage above 60%. Toronto is 21-6 ATS in its last 27 games playing on one days’ rest. Bet the Raptors Friday.

1* NBA - Free Pick on Toronto Raptors -10
I got no problem here laying double-digits with the Raptors at home against a bad Wizards team that is a mere 5-16 on the road. Toronto is as healthy as they been in a long time and are a team to look out for leading up to the All-Star break.
Raptors recently got back Siakam, Powell and Gasol and there appears a good chance that Van Vleet could return from a 4-game absence tonight. Last time out they had their way on the road with a good Thunder team in a 130-121 win. Raptors shot 61.2% from the field in the win.
A confident and motivated Toronto offense should be in line for another monster game here against an awful Wizards defense that is tied with the Cavs for dead last in defensive efficiency. Washington is giving up a ridiculous 121.3 ppg and allowing teams to shoot 49% from the field on the road.
Both teams will be playing here on just 1 day of rest and that's worth noting. Going back to 2017 the Wizards have the second worst ATS mark on equal rest at 48-66, while the Raptors have the second best ATS mark at 72-54-1.
Washington is also just 15-31-1 ATS last 47 on the road vs a team with a winning home record, while the Raptors are 56-38 ATS last 94 vs a team with a losing record. Take Toronto!

NBA | Wizards vs Raptors
Play on: UNDER 230 -101
The Raptors, enter this game against the Wizards off defeating their hosts the Oklahoma City Thunder 130-121 on Wednesday. Now Im betting on a natural offensive regression here for the Raptors, as they pay more attention to what made them champions last year, and that is top tier defensive hoops. Meanwhile, despite of Washingtons current reputation of a relentless run and gun type team, have regressed in that department of late, going under in 4 of their L/5 games with the combined average score of those tilts, clicking in at 216 ppg.
On home floor this season the Raptors have seen a combined average of 221.3 ppg scored.
NBA Road teams where the total is greater than or equal to 230 (WASHINGTON) - after scoring 55 points or more in the first half in 2 straight games against opponent after a combined score of 245 points or more are 31-8 UNDER L/23 seasons for a 80% conversion rate for bettors.
NBA teams where the total is greater than or equal to 230 (TORONTO) - good 3PT shooting team (36.5% or more ) against an average 3PT shooting team (33-36.5%), after a game making 12 or more 3 point shots are 50-19 UNDER L/23 seasons for a 73% conversion rate for bettors.

NBA | Hawks vs Spurs
Play on: Spurs -8 -110 at sportsbook
Spurs -8
The Atlanta Hawks 9-32 (18-23 ATS) take on the San Antonio Spurs 17-22 (15-23-1 ATS) on Friday night from the AT&T Center in San Antonio. The Spurs are an 8pt favorite in this one and the over/under is set at 230.
Injuries and depth will play a part in this matchup for the Hawks. Teague, Len, Parker, and Graham are all OUT tonight. On the other side the Spurs are playing with their full roster.
I feel like the Spurs are starting to turn a corner, albeit a small one. Yes, they lost last game out to the Heat but DeRozan and Mills are both hitting their stride and I just don't see how Atlanta will keep up in this one. What is costing the Spurs games are their 3-point shooting and their free-throws, both can be corrected vs. the Hawks in a matchup the Spurs have owned. The Spurs need to find a way to win games like this if they want to make up ground in the playoff race.
Some trends to consider. San Antonio are 4-2 ATS in their last 6 games, are 10-0 SU in their last 10 games when playing at home against Atlanta, and are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games against an opponent in the Eastern conference. Atlanta are 3-15 SU in their last 18 games, and are 3-15 SU in their last 18 games against San Antonio.
The Hawks haven't won in San Antonio since 1997, that doesn't change tonight.
Play the Spurs -8.
Good Luck, Razor Ray.
