under 40½ ( I got it early, but would still play under 39)
Pittsburgh's defense is healthy finally and they handled Tampa Bay pretty easy last year. I don't see Tampa scoring more than 10 points.

We are on the same page tonight... I'm on both Pitt and under. I also am leaning towards Clemson tonight, but am still looking at the game. GL!
