As poor as the Lakers have been against the spread, and in general, the Knicks have been worse, especially at home where they're 11-19-2 ATS. New York has lost eight in a row, all by at least five points, and LeBron James will be on the court for L.A. The Lakers win handily in my simulations by an average of eight points, covering comfortably.

The Magic have pounded the Hawks by 16 and 19 points in the two meetings this year, and they're back home -- Atlanta is just 11-25 on the season on the road. But Orlando has lost four of six, the wins against the Cavs and Mavs, and it's 1-4 ATS when favored by 6-9 points. Atlanta has won two in a row but is also on a 9-2 ATS run. My computer simulations see a close game in Orlando. Take the points.

Cincinnati one of the slowest paced teams in the country with a tempo rank of 328 out of 353 teams while Houston is #247. The Bearcats also struggle shooting away from home with a percentage of 40.9%. This line is a few points higher than it should be thanks to the regular season final which saw Cincy allow the second most point they did all season giving up 85 points and allowing Houston to shoot 52.2% from 3-pt. Houston played Memphis yesterday which is the pasted paced team in the conference and they final score was 61-58. I expect the winner to score about 55 in this low scoring affair.

This is a terrible scheduling spot for the Hawks, who extended themselves to the max Saturday in Boston. The Magic have been resting since destroying the Cavaliers on Thursday night. Orlando also has won each of the first two meetings by at least 16 points. Lay it.

This is also a game Kyle Lowry could have been big against the Pistons' subpar guard lineup, but he's hobbled by an ankle and is questionable. Detroit is in dire need of a statement win -- the Pistons will bring their best effort at home before embarking on a long road trip.

Their defense has been outstanding in the first two games of the Tournament. My numbers have Michigan winning by 5-7 points.

I wish we grabbed this line at 135, but I think there is plenty of value on the Under still. Similar to the Memphis vs. Houston game yesterday, we have two teams that shouldn’t let their previous high totals this year dictate this championship game scoring. Bigger the stakes, the more precious each possession is, and more each team will be locked in defensively. Michigan ranked number two in the country in defensive scoring, while Michigan State ranks number three in field goal percentage defense.

This is played in Bridgestone Arena, and Tennessee should be a seven point favorite at minimum. I don't usually cross reference teams but this Tennessee team has beat Kentucky twice now. Auburn has lost to Kentucky twice this year, once by 27 points. Tennessee is too strong and carries too many veterans to not demolish the Tigers.
