Giolito has allowed 11 runs in 13 innings over his past three starts, and Howard has conceded 10 in 13.2 innings over the same span. Both bullpens are in the middle of the pack, so there should be plenty of hard-hit balls, and the Rangers have 40 more homers this season. The SportsLine Projection Model has the Rangers winning 53 percent of the time, making this great value at plus money. Texas is covering the run line (+1.5 at -135) in 70 percent of simulations.
