ANALYSIS: Coming off back-to-back losses in Kansas City, the Rays are in a good bounceback spot tonight. They're 14-5 in their last 19 games in Baltimore and 47-17 in the last 64 overall meetings between the AL East clubs. Veteran Corey Kluber, who has not pitched since July 17, faces the Orioles for the fifth time this season; he's been solid with a 3.66 ERA in those matchups. The Orioles are going with Austin Voth, a converted reliever who likely won't go deep. Lay the reasonable price.

ANALYSIS: My model says the Red Sox cover in almost 70 percent of the simulations, so you're getting excellent value with them at this number. Boston has lost nine of 10 and is in the midst of a five-game slide during which it has been outscored 67-13. But the Red Sox swept a three-game series at Cleveland late last month, winning each contest by two or more runs. Meanwhile, the Guardians have lost nine of their last 12 on the road. Take the Red Sox -1.5 runs at +162.

ANALYSIS: The Red Sox have lost five straight as they've dropped to 48-48 and now face Cleveland, which has lost its last two. Boston's bullpen has been horrendous, and the overall bad play has extended into poor fielding as well. Cleveland is only 3-6 behind RHP Zach Plesac on the road, but I expect him to be gone before the game is decided. The Red Sox have gone Over in six of their last seven contests, while the Guardians have done so in their last six. The Over is the top play.

ANALYSIS: The Rangers were almost just swept by the Athletics and now they head to Seattle. The Rangers are 7-13 in July and 3-7 on the road. The Mariners were just swept by the Astros at home, but the Astros have been dominating everybody lately. The Mariners are still 14-4 in July and the Mariners are 8-2 against the Rangers this season. They have also won 13 of the last 15 games between these teams overall. Glen Otto pitched well against the Mariners both times he faced them this season which is probably the reason this line isn't much higher. Chris Flexen has been very good this season, the only reason he was taken out early in his last game was because it was the game before the break and the Mariners could unload their bullpen. Before that, Flexen had pitched at least five innings allowing three or fewer runs in nine straight starts. The Mariners bullpen has also been the best in the league in July while the Rangers are ranked 25th. Julio Rodriguez could be out again for the Mariners, but I still like them without him and we would just get more value if he returns.

ANALYSIS: The Angels improved to 14-38 in the last two months with their win yesterday and they picked up one of their first wins without Shohei Ohtani pitching in a while. Zack Greinke has been good since returning from the IL and he has been much better at home. He is 3-1 with a 1.86 ERA at home this season and the only two games he struggled in lately were against the Astros and Blue Jays on the road. The Royals bullpen has actually been a lot better lately, they are ranked 20th in ERA in July while the Angels are ranked 19th. The Royals are 11-10 in July and 7-3 at home while the Angels are 3-14 in July and 2-10 on the road. Noah Syndergaard is returning from the IL so I wouldn’t expect him to get deep and he allowed 5 ER in 7.1 innings against the Royals earlier this season. The Royals also won two of those three games in Los Angeles. Bobby Witt Jr. could be unavailable for the Royals but so could Taylor Ward for the Angels.

ANALYSIS: The Tigers have now lost three games in a row and eight of their last 10 games but they do have a couple things going for them tonight. The Tigers haven’t been good at 9-13 in July but they are actually above .500 at 5-4 at home this month. They are also playing the Padres after they were on Sunday Night Baseball and we know how profitable fading a team coming off a Sunday night game has been. The Padres were struggling before taking the series in New York, and they are still just 8-11 in July. The Tigers also hit lefties much better, they are ranked 10th in the league in wOBA against lefties in July. Drew Hutchison has been solid and the Tigers bullpen is very good behind them. Sean Manaea has also been much more hittable lately. I like the value in the Tigers at home.

ANALYSIS: The gambling gods were in a rare kind MLB mood for a Sunday ... and one of those was me not playing the Phillies (whew!) as they somehow were swept at home by the Cubs. But this is who the Phillies are: They play to their competition. Getting them only -110 on the RL at home? Have to even as excellent as Braves pitcher Max Fried can be. Perhaps consider a JT Realmuto prop as he hammers Fried career.

We are getting a discounted price with the Mariners because of the series against the Astros.

ANALYSIS: The Astros went into the All-Star Break on a losing note thanks to the A's, who beat them 4-3 in Houston eight days ago. Since then the Astros have not lost; they took two from the Yankees and three in a row from Seattle. Now they can get a little payback versus Oakland and shaky starter Adam Oller. In 27.1 innings, Oller has walked 19 and fanned 18 while allowing eight homers. Houston did decent damage against him in that July 17 loss, plating three runs on six hits in 4.1 innings. Expect a bigger offensive output tonight and play the best team in baseball minus 1.5 runs at -125.

ANALYSIS: Zack Greinke has increased his fastball velocity lately and three of his last five outings have been stellar. The exceptions came at Toronto and at Houston. For the season, Greinke is 3-1 with a 1.86 ERA at home and 0-5 with a 7.38 ERA on the road. K.C. pounded out 27 hits in beating the Rays on Saturday and Sunday, and I like the Royals to keep hitting versus Noah Syndergaard (5-7, 4.00 ERA). The Angels enter on a 3-14 skid and typically struggle when starting anyone besides Shohei Ohtani.
