Toronto starter Jose Berrios has been wildly inconsistent this season overall and has a brutal 7.92 ERA in nine road starts. He has given up 14 earned runs in his past two away.

ANALYSIS: In the past three weeks, the Giants have been the worst team in the league. They are now 5-13 in their last 18 games and 3-6 on the road. The Diamondbacks are 8-9 in that same span, but they are 7-4 at home. Merrill Kelly has been pitching very well lately and he is coming off a gem in Colorado. Alex Cobb will be making just his fourth start since returning from the IL and he has been much worse on the road. He did pitch decent in the three games, but he didn’t go more than five innings. Continue to fade the Giants until they show signs of life.
