San Diego will turn to Dinelson Lamet to secure another victory Saturday night. Lamet is fresh off a 5 inning shutout of the Reds in his last appearance. He’s now allowed just 1 run over his last 2 starts. Merrill Kelly is a guy we’ve looked to fade often this season, sporting an ERA of 5.06. The Clippers are a veteran team and have moved on even without Kawhi Leonard. This team lost game 2 in dramatic fashion and looked on the ropes at times early in game 3. The Clippers responded well and at home can make this a series again. The Suns have some issues as their rotation is messed up with Chris Paul back in the lineup. Paul looks out of condition, Devin Booker has the face mask on and Cameron Payne is banged up. These guys dish the ball out well so when they are not 100 percent this team isn’t the same. I don’t trust the Phoenix bench and believe this is another game where home court means so much. Take the Clippers.

ANALYSIS: These two teams were so silent with their bats yesterday that 6.5 in a Degrom start seems generous. The Mets were 2-16 with runners in scoring position in the doubleheader yesterday, but it was the number of whiffs that was astounding. Zach Eflin has been very hit or miss this season but I think he will have success today as long as he doesn’t get into walk trouble. Jacob Degrom is Jacob Degrom. Mets unders are 23-8 at home this season while the Phillies are 21-16 to the under on the road.

ANALYSIS: Keegan Akin has really struggled this season, especially in his past three starts where he has allowed 16 runs and 10 walks in 13.2 IP. Ryu has been stellar lately and he is coming off a seven inning, 1 run gem against the Orioles. The Blue Jays bullpen is a serious question mark but Ryu should be able to get deep enough into the game today so that doesn’t become an issue. The Orioles have lost 20 out of their last 21 away games.

The Twins are 15-21 against lefty starters this season despite hitting lefties well, take the value in the Tribe.
