ANALYSIS: Going to jump on this early because Jazz star Donovan Mitchell tweaked his ankle late in Utah's Game 2 win. He says he is fine, and I'm sure he will play Saturday -- but on the off chance he doesn't (or maybe not 100 percent as it's the same ankle that cost him several regular-season games) this spread/moneyline would skyrocket. I think the desperate Clippers win regardless, even if Mike Conley is back for the Jazz (not likely). Mitchell is averaging 41.0 points in this series on 52.5 percent shooting. That's simply not sustainable, and "Spida" did shoot considerably worse during the season away from home. Utah is 0-4 ATS in its past four as a dog.

ANALYSIS: Tyler Mahle has pitched really well this season, to the tune of a 3.32 ERA with a 3.63 xFIP. In his last three starts, he has worked 17.1 innings and has allowed just nine hits and three walks with two earned runs and 18 strikeouts. Throw out the stats for Kyle Freeland so far this season. It takes about three to four starts to get right after returning from a shoulder strain, and this will be his fourth start. Colorado's offense is 30th in MLB with a .567 road OPS.

ANALYSIS: James Kaprielian has had some trouble with command this season but he has pitched five innings and allowed two runs or fewer in four of his five starts this season. This will be just his second home start and in the first he pitched seven scoreless. Jackson Kowar had a Major League debut to forget recording just two outs and allowing four runs on two walks and three hits. Most notably though, was he was held without a strikeout. I don’t think he will repeat his performance, however I do give the edge to the Athletics rookie over the Royals. The Athletics have won seven of their last 10 games while the Royals have lost six of seven games. Take the value in the Athletics at home.

ANALYSIS: The Padres are reeling right now, having lost 9 of their last 12 games and three straight. The Mets are just about fully healthy and they are 16-5 at home this season. Joe Musgrove has been very good this season but he did allow three runs in five innings against the Mets at home in his last start. Marcus Stroman has pitched at least six innings in six straight games pitching quality starts in five of them. He didn’t allow an earned run against the Padres in his last start. I think the Mets win in more than 50% of simulations so were getting good value on the Mets at home with plus money.

ANALYSIS: It's very interesting to not see much market movement on this game. It looks like the Rockies are the sharp side, which makes me like this Over even more. The Great American Ball Park is already the best run-scoring environment that is not located in the mountains; run scoring is 12 percent higher in Cincinnati compared to the league average. The results support these statistics as the Over is 20-9 in Cincinnati this year. I like the odds that it hits again Saturday, especially given the low air density index in the forecast.

ANALYSIS: I've been doing well on the run line plays, and it looks like the Pirates don't have what it takes to beat Corbin Burnes. The Brewers should handle Chad Kuhl, who is in the bottom 1 percent in chase rate and issues too many walks, ranking in the bottom 8 percent in that category. Taking the run line allows you to avoid the heavy moneyline price tag, and the Brewers should continue their 12-2 run without much trouble.

ANALYSIS: Joe Musgrove heads to one of the best pitching parks this year to try to slow a Mets offense that has looked much improved over the last week. He's got a bit of a park boost on his side today, as Citi Field is the second worst pure hitting park in baseball over the last three years. I expect Marcus Stroman to continue to benefit from pitching in Queens as well today. Both of these starters have low walk rates, and limiting free passes will be essential for us Saturday. With this park holding an Under record of 15-3-3 this year, I'm on the Under.

ANALYSIS: The Twins are now a home underdog after a lot of money has been bet on the Astros. Minnesota starter Jose Berrios has been excellent off a team loss in his career. He's won five starts in a row and held the Astros to two earned runs in a playoff game last year. The Astros' Luis Garcia has been great, but I like the Twins in this spot. Take the home underdog.
