ANALYSIS: The Bulls have done a great job lately of beating teams they’re supposed to. And they're supposed to beat the Timberwolves, who have the worst record in the NBA. Chicago is fighting for a playoff spot while Minnesota is looking to next season. My model says the Bulls cover almost 70 percent of the time and win by 11, so you're getting good value at this number.
